A few of her favorite things.... to mimic

Eva is a big mimicer (is that a word?) these days. She is making specific sounds after we make them, gesturing wildly if we make big movements, trying on our glasses/clothes and brushing teeth after we brush them, and basically learning new things every day from watching us do them (yikes!) Two of her favorite recent things to do (that she has seen mom do first), are clean up and try on hats. A sure way to entertain our little girl is to give her a cloth, towel, wipe -anything that she can wipe down surfaces with - and let her go nuts.



Another fun Eva pastime is putting on and off hats, both her own and mom's. The video below shows Eva having fun with a cute polka-dot hat that Grandma V made - it's super cute! Notice the pose near the end of the clip; she can be found doing that in front of the mirror pretty often.
